What areas of consulting do you specialise in?

We specialise in HR consulting that supports busy HR teams; such as supporting the Head of HR with strategy or projects that often get pushed down the “to-do” list.

We collaborate with HR teams on projects or initiatives.

We also identify opportunities to enhance HR teams effectiveness and to be amazing business partners in their organisation.

What types of businesses do you work with?

We have a breadth of experience working with small to medium sized organisations, including start ups; and familiarity working with both private and not-for-profit organisations across a range of industries.

Do you only work on big, long term assignments with clients?

No we don’t! There’s no minimum engagement period.

While we have partnered with clients over several years across a variety of projects for them; we equally enjoy working with clients on short term, small projects. These are often projects that have been sitting on the ‘to-do’ list that are important, yet haven’t yet received the time or attention they need. That’s where we can quickly add value to HR teams, and give them a sense of achievement.

What about businesses that don’t have an HR department, can you work with them?

Absolutely! We enjoy partnering with small business owners to review their HR practices and identify opportunities for them to improve and enhance workplaces, helping them become even better places to work.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters are in Melbourne, where we offer flexible working arrangements that best suits our clients needs - either in-person onsite, hybrid, or fully remote.

We also work with organisations in regional areas or interstate; providing support either fully online, or travelling onsite if preferred.
